LAWYER

I grew up in a small close-knit community in Southwestern Ontario where family, friends and community were, and still are, an important and integral part of my life.

I graduated with a BA in Psychology, and a Legal Studies and Criminology Option from the University of Waterloo. I then continued my studies at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, with one semester abroad at Strathclyde University in Glasgow Scotland, where I obtained my Juris Doctorate. After completing my Bar Admission Course and articling, I was Called to the Bar in July 2005.

In the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside very experienced and dedicated lawyers. I began my practice in the Region of Waterloo where I focused on family law, real estate law, and estate law. I also completed my Collaborative Family Law Training. In 2008, I joined Goad & Goad in Cambridge, Ontario to practice in association as Goad, Goad & Wilhelm. After starting my family, I left this association to open my own law practice in Cambridge, Ontario.

Wilhelm Family Law officially began in 2015 after my husband and I relocated to Lucan, Ontario to raise our two small children closer to family. My main office is located in London, Ontario, however, I also sometimes meet with clients in my home office.
