Abhimanyu is passionate about assisting his clients in a collaborative setting. He has practiced family law
since being called to the Bar in Ontario. He finds it fulfilling to develop creative legal strategies and tailor
customized client-centered solutions that address a diverse range of family law issues.

Abhimanyu tailors his approach to be collaborative or adversarial in order to achieve the best resolution
for his clients, although he believes that it is far more cost-effective and healthier for separating parties
to resolve differences with minimal conflict in an out-of-court settlement focused and interest-based
process. He is skilled at guiding his clients throughout the collaborative process and effectively
accomplishes their goals through negotiating amicable settlements. Not only is Abhimanyu practical and
solution-oriented, but he is also highly attentive and empathetic to his clients’ specific wants, needs, and
circumstances to ensure their best interests are protected.

Abhimanyu is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Middlesex Law Association, the Middlesex
Family Law Association, the Collaborative Family Law Group of London and Middlesex, the Elgin Law
Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
