Katherine is a family mediator and lawyer who specialises in conflict resolutions. She founded Denkers Family Law & Mediation in 2020 as a virtual law office and operates from her home in the picturesque countryside of Southwestern Ontario. Katherine specialises in resolving family conflicts using efficient and compassionate methods. She firmly believes one size does not fit all and tailors all separation agreements, marriage contracts, or cohabitation agreements to the unique needs of each family. As both a lawyer and a OAFM certified mediator, Katherine provides an alternative to courtroom dramas and custody battles. She empowers her clients to move through family conflict with grace, dignity and understanding.
