Lindsay Abercrombie – Family Lawyer
Lindsay Abercrombie is a family lawyer with over a decade of experience helping families navigate separation and divorce with clarity and respect. Since being called to the bar in 2014, Lindsay has practiced exclusively in family law, focusing on collaborative and interest-based approaches that prioritize the well-being of clients and their children. She has completed Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Skills Training, which enables her to guide families through respectful, solution-focused processes that empower them to find creative, lasting outcomes.
Lindsay believes that families deserve a respectful and solution-focused process during one of the most challenging transitions in their lives. Clients value Lindsay’s empathetic and thoughtful approach, as she works to create space for constructive problem-solving. She believes collaborative family law allows families to address their concerns together, in a respectful and balanced way, rather than through adversarial court proceedings. Outside of work, Lindsay serves on the Board of Directors for SARI Therapeutic Riding and enjoys bringing the same care, dedication, and energy to both her professional and community work.
